Some of the ingredients may be helpful. Some of them probably are not. Not sure about the specific combinations/formulations they have here.The one for constipation has stimulatory laxatives in it you might get cheaper by buying Ex-lax at the store (senna for ex-lax cascara in somo other brands). Clays have been used to control diarrhea, and probiotics do seem to help some people (although which species they are using is not clear and lactobacillus may not be as good for IBS as the Bifidobacterium based on a recent study).You might look at the ingredient lists and compare the prices with stuff from the local health food store. Often products with similar ingredients come in a wide range of prices, and price doesn't always mean higher quality.
