I'm new to this board and have been reading a lot about Caltrate. Has anyone purchased Caltrate in Canada or a product that's similar? Thanks!

Yup, I have bought Caltrate in Shopper's out here in Calgary. However, any other "generic" calcium will do, as long as it is in the form of calcium carbonate (I am using one from Zellers right now) Make sure there is vitamin D with it, and you might want to avoid any that have magnesium in it. I can cause D is some people (like me
Hope you try it!! It's made a huge difference in my symptoms.

I agree with GI Jane. Here in Winnipeg you can get Caltrate at Shoppers. You can also get that or a generic version at Walmart and Safeway.
