I can't make heads or tails of my IBS, however I took a quiz recently online that seemed to confirm that I had a candida albicans infection. But I am skeptical about this, at least a bit. So yesterday I took two Olive Leaf Extract capsules and today I took two, and I am feeling bad again. The websites I visited had said that olive leaf extract was a natural antifungal and that I should expect some die-off symptoms. ...I have no clue what to think anymore. Thoughts?

If your going to follow a Candida diet you need to follow it properly. Just taking some oilve leaf extract will not change anything. You need to follow the diet for 1 month then introduce anti fungals and stay on the diet.I had good success with this program.http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/Good luck

Okay. I am going to see my doctor next Monday morning, and he might require a stool sample - is that something that could positively diagnose a candida overgrowth?
