Is surgery an option if I can’t take it anymore

I started vomiting yesterday. Might go to the ER today. It’s been 10 days since I pooped. I tried linzess, dulcolax, senna, miralax and mag citrate and an enema. The enema produced a small amount of diarrhea. I’m seriously open to anything at this point. I can’t live this way anymore. I’m so stuffed with poop all the time, all I think about is getting relief from the pressure. I have another gi appointment in a few weeks and I need extreme measures. I have lost count of the number of times I’ve been impacted. f

so very sorry. yes, you've been through so very much. way too much.

well, i had surgery in 2015--ileostomy. you could also have a colostomy but i needed an ileo instead. i only wish i'd done it sooner, but that's me.

disuss this with your gastro doc and surgeon. that's what i did.
