Hi I feel bad for you as I have this anti-social and distressing symptom too. The only way I have found is to reduce stress. I know its not easy. Have you seen ghostbusters (I think it was the second one) where there was a psychoreactive goo under LA that responded to negative thoughts? Thats my digestive system. There is no magic cure..stay away from wheat and try some breathing exercises or meditation to take your mind off it.Remember you are not alone.Jane------------------Jane*************C/D/G type *************
I wrote a long post here then cleared the field by accident, so welcome to the bb and you might want to add fiber to your diet if your not. Also, Dr Salt II mentioned it took him eight weeks for his body to adjust to the extra fiber, but said it was paying off now, so at first it might bug you for a while but in the long run it could help.Welcome to the bb.------------------ http://webpotential.com/ericibs/index.htm
