Hi!I'm in the middle of a horrific IBS attack that has lasted for days. I have been taking dairy and coffee/tea out of my diet and one day I slipped. I had three big sips of my mom's latte. Since then, I've had awful gas, nausea, and I've felt just awful. Is it possible that these tiny sips could be caused by the milk or the coffee? Wouldn't these be out of my system by now? I had these about four days ago, and I have felt consistently bad since. Also, is it possible for margarine to cause a problem - there is whey in it, but I thought that the amount of dairy in it would be so tiny that I wouldn't even notice. Also, since I've eliminated milk and coffee, I've noticed that my eczema has totally cleared up for the first time in my life. Odd. Could I have some type of food allergy? Deirdre
