I'm pretty sure my IBS is way worse in the summer. I have IBS-A and I tend to constipate more when it's hot out, I guess cause there is a lot less water in me cause of the heat. Was just wondering of any of you had this problem as well.
I tend to get more diarrhea in the spring and fall when my allergies are worse. Different weather patterns effect different IBSers differently, but weather/season is one of the physical stressors that can effect people. Anything that dehydrates you more or stresses the body in one way or another can make IBS (and most other illnesses) worse.
