I have noticed that I always have itching in my legs in association with prolonged IBS attacks. It's mostly in my calves and inner thighs. I'm sure it is related and I wonder if anyone else has experienced this or knows why this happens.

Alot of times that is sitting on the toilet so long and so often during attacks. I have had my feet go dead before then try to get up and walk, its awful. Your attacks are making you strain so much that the blood circulation is just crazy. Try some deep breathing while you are going through attacks.
