hi mommao2ive had ibs-d for 9 years and a itchy bottom must be a symptom. i have piles so ive always put the itchyness down to my piles being irritated and now healing. cortizone cream is the best. it could be small cuts but if you have piles inside it could be those. hope you get releif soon. i know its not nice.
