The first reason that new members do not receive a validating email from IBSgroup.org is that the validating email delivered to you has been placed into your JUNK or SPAM folder. Please be sure to look there. If you have the ability to allow emails which are not junk or spam then make sure you allow all emails from @ibsgroup.org.The second reason that new members do not receive a validating email is because they have supplied an incorrect email address. New registrations which are not validated in 7 days are deleted. If you try and register again before 7 days with the same email address it will indicate that the email address is already in use. In which case look in your JUNK or SPAM folder for your validating email. If you are able to register again with the correct email address then you are all set. The registration with the incorrect email address will automatically be deleted in 7 days.Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance with registering.Jeff
