The Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Gastrointestinal Solutions Handbook. If it has been mentioned here I don't recall seeing it. Do you know of it, and is it helpful? Any feedback would be appreciated.Thanks,Donna......
Dona, I have not read that book, but it is in the book section. It was written in 97 and they have learned more since that time. I can say if you looking for a new book on IBS and a current one, I would read heather's book (she is a member of the bb here) First Year IBS and it is excellent.Dr Bolens book is another excellent one and so is the second brain, although that one is 97 also, it is worth reading. This is the bb's book list. http://www.ibsgroup.org/main/books.html
