I am considering going to Johns Hopkins for specialized testing to deal with my IBS-C. Please share your experiences with this or other similar medical centers. I hear that University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is also very good.
My suggestion is to make sure you are seeing a top MD at Johns Hopkins, or wherever you go. It's not enough to go the a great medical center. You need to see the right person there, or there's no point in going. To those places already mentioned, I would add the Mayo Clinic. They have many top people there. Michael Camilleri is the guy I'd see. Good Luck!
