This week I bought the Kashi high protein shakes to try. I don't eat dairy so I mix the powder with soy milk. I used to have the bowel noises, bloating and cramping after lunch every day. However, since I have been drinking the Kashi shakes this week I feel so much better. I do still feel hungry but just feeling better is enough to make me want to continue doing this. I am hoping to lose a few pounds before my wedding at the end of November too so hopefully this will help. I am not sure if it is the shakes in particular or just the fact that I am not eating as much so my digestive system doesn't have to work as hard (which I think is probably the reason). Has anyone else tried this?
