I tried this new cereal today. It has alot of fiber! The results no D attack till 3:00 today. And for lunch i had two hot dogs with sauerkraut and mustard and fries! The reason for the D attack was the sour candy i ate! The cereal is ok, but is worth it for commutters!###

Hi Coreyn:Kashi is good cereal! Every few months I get into a cereal mood and try to get the high fiber ones.I actually have a cereal now called Kashi Chocolate Pillows! (Can you tell I'm a chocolate addict?) It's these little squares with a soft chocolate filling. This one only has 2 grams of fiber per serving, so it's not that much, but it makes a fun breakfast.

On the days I have cereal for breakfast and don't eat any 'bad' foods I have no IBS symptoms.Good on the fibre....
