HiI suffered a bout of IBS back in July, but last month i suffered a urinary tract/kidney infection.That cleared up and now i have another one! this time ive noticed a dull ache in the side of my back where the kidneys are and stomach pain below where my ovaries are. When i had IBS it was a different sort of pain. Is this connected?

ive had a bad kidney inection this summer just gone but the test wasnt clear when i came back from holiday in florida, so i was given antibods and it seemed to go but ive had what you havbe said before and it just seemed to go away itself however im silly in not going to be checked out, you should, im just sick of going to the doctors
