Hi everyone, I am new to this but I just had to tell you all about L-Glutamine. I have suffered from IBS-D for about three years and it has recently taken a turn for the worse. For months I have been reading this and the Parkview board. Jacket posted a suggestion to try L-Glutamine for IBS-D. A few days ago I went to GNC and purchased the EAS powder form of Glutamine. Yesterday I had my first "normal" BM in months. I plan to continue on Glutamine and will keep everyone posted. Thank all of you for helping me through this. If not for the kindness of strangers I would live in darkness.
