Have you experienced more D if you are more tired from something such as laber work? I was doing quite a bit yard work last weekend, which triggered my D. Well, I though excise is good for IBS.

I find my D is much worse when I'm over tired. Many times it is a signal to me to stop and rest for a day or two. This is both physically and mentally over tired.bj
Yeah Jim this is a cute little tidbit from IBS in my experience too. I will have trouble in any season, hot/cold doesn't matter. It doesn't happen everytime cause like bj mentioned, I notice I am stopping work before I get totally exhausted. I pace myself better and tell myself "I'm not getting older, it's just my IBS". Hey its a good excuse anyway.

I find that as soon as I start any exercize it stimulates the urge to go. It is very annoying when you are trying to walk the dog or just trying to be healthy. It sort of puts a damper on the whole thing (like it does for so many other things in life!)
Strenuous exercise, particularly marthon running has been associated with diarrhea. A good percentage of marathoners get diarrhea during them.K.------------------I have no financial, academic, or any other stake in any commercial product mentioned by me.My story and what worked for me in greatly easing my IBS: http://www.ibsgroup.org/ubb/Forum17/HTML/000015.html
