Hey, my name is Sruthi. I urgently need suggestions from you guys. I have IBS C and gas incontinence. I keep passing gas every 30 seconds without my knowledge. I can’t smell or hear myself. I live in Appartment and from last 2 weeks I hear my neighbors calling me names and once even heard my neighbors talking that I continuously fart everyday and night 24/7.
I am not sure how my neighbors can hear my farting when the walls between the units are quite thick. Now a days my upstairs neighbors are stomping on the floor and shouting each time they hear me. This is so embarrassing and it’s causing me panic attacks. I am now scared to even sit in my own home thinking that my neighbors will hear me farting continuously. What should I do in this situation I am on IBS medication and on diet but still no improvement. I feel like I have lost all the hope in life. Please help
