Anyone else had success yet with kegels? I have read the post by xavier, talking about his success. Xavier, I was trying to find your old post about kegels, but I couldn't find one with the name xavier in the gas/pain/bloating section.I am going to my doctor soon, and plan on asking about this. Is it going to be wierd for a guy to ask about this, or to get biofeedback? Over the phone he made it sound like it was only for women after childbirth and that might be wierd.

Don't let the doc through you off. Some just don't know. I did Kegels and men can do Kegels too. In fact, my biofeedback therapist said that her best recovered patient was a 50 year old man. I admit I've been lax lately in doing my exercises but I plan to start up again this month.Have you done a search in all the archives for Xavier's posts?
