Does anyone else have lower left sided pain when sitting or bending to the left, but it stops when you stand? It feels like a pinching feeling. I have the usual bloat, urgency after eating fatty food, relief after a bowel movement.

I have this pain too. For me, it is diverticulosis. Even when I don't have an infected diverticuli (diverticuLITIS) I can always feel the pain on my lower left side.
