I would not take Librax after Lotronex. I'm not sure if that's what you were asking. But I would recommend staying away from Librax. I personally took it for years. I would recommend Levbid however instead. (Librax has tranquilizers in it).

Years ago, when I was first diagnosed, I was put on Librax for a trial period of a month. It did nothing to help my D and just made me tired, so I stopped it when the month was over. So, I would not go back to it even all these years later.
