Is it common to have liver enzyme abnormalites with IBS (GGT, ALT moderately elevated)? Can this be caused by prescribed or over-the-counter medications? I have been taking Tylenol daily for two and a half years but only at the 4gm / day or less safe dose. Thoughts or personal examples would help me decide if I need to follow-up with a Dr visit.
