Hello has this continued to work up until 2023? and was this for lower colon noise?
Loud noises gone (Mutaflor follow up).
My loud gut noises are gone.
How I did it.
I took Mutaflor,
but it wasn't until the second time that I took it that it worked properly.
The second time I took Mutaflor my gut was really bad for about a week from the Mutaflor but after that my gut was miraculously better.
I still have some diarrhea but not so much as I used to.
But the loud gut noises are gone thanks to Mutaflor.
Take 100 capsules every few months for a while.
2 capsules 3 times a day for 2 days.
2 capsules 2 times a day for the next 23 days.
