That's great! I'm glad it's working for you!I often wonder when it comes to the weight thing if lifting weights wouldn't help some of us gain muscle mass. Between making my own bread and everything else I do to keep from feeling like #### it's hard to find the time for something like that, though.

I started drinking boost about a year ago and it has done wonders for me. I had lost a lot of weight in a very short time. I have IBS-D so I pretty much stopped eating and needed some nutrients.God Bless :love:
