this sounds alot like the atkins diet but anyways thanks for shareing :)and i agree that it sorta does take 2 months to fully adapt to a fat burning metabolism thats how long it took me before i really really felt full of energy. but to adapt about 70% i think it can be done in 1-2 weeks.however the one thing i think takes the longest to adapt is your muscles because your body has to produce lot's of insulin receptors for all of your muscles when you start eating low carb and it seems it can take up to 4 months! to be completed. you shouldn't really notice it if you don't work out but for people who work out i see why alot of them think they need there carbohydrates.anyways i do support a low carb, high fat, medium protein diet thats how i have ate for the past 5 years now and i have great work outs at the gym
