One with GI illnesses in mind (gall bladder issues often need a lower fat diet)http://www.endowsec.com/pated/edtgs11.htmSome othersAmerican Heart Association Diethttp://diet.lovetoknow.com/wiki/American_Heart_Association_Diethttp://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/GettingHealthy/NutritionCenter/Nutrition-Center_UCM_001188_SubHomePage.jspRice Diethttp://www.ricedietprogram.com/Pritikinhttp://www.webmd.com/diet/pritikin-principle-what-it-isFor some IBS-D types reducing starch is more important that reducing fat but you have to see what works for you.South Beach Diet tends to be a fairly well balanced low carb dietOne study on IBS-D and low carb used Atkins. If you don't need to lose weight all the diets do have a maintence phase or you just use whichever phase controls your symptoms and then up the portion size so you get enough calories (or add additional snacks/mini-meals)
