all of my pain/spasms are on the lower left as well... when i get insurance - i'm going to the chiro!!!!! it's weird because it started on the high right side, so my dr. did an ultrasound of my gallbladder i think, but everything was completely normal - but the lower left won't stop. i'll check the chiro thing asap! thanks krislynn
