Anyone have a magazine or book they have really liked that teach you about gut health? "Eat Dirt" was a pretty interesting read that combines MD work, ayurvedic and a few other Eastern traditions to understand and recommend healthy habits.

"Missing Microbes" by Dr. Blaser is very good.

"10% Human" by Alanna Collen was also interesting, to me anyhow.

Frankly, I've got hundreds of bookmarks. Though these will get you started.

You can also just Google : The Human Microbiome, Microbiome, or microbiome and any other disease or condition, you are curious about.

Medical science is quickly realizing how important the microbiome is. Research is exploding into this. It is the hottest area of research in medicine.

I thought "Eat Dirt" was rather interesting also.
