Interesting. I read something brief about this before. Thanks for posting here!
How about giving us some "guidelines" as to the type of magnesium to take and how much and when to take it.It would be interesting to try it.Thanks.
Hi Kmottus..I take Magnesium and Calcium Plus with Boron & Vit. D. I have posted about this before..been a while. I got mine from a pharmacy close to home. The pharmacy I purchase this from does compounding medication. They have this specially formulated for fibromyalgia and to prevent bone loss. The Magnesium/Calcium not only helps with fibro, but it helps a lot with constipation. The Magnesium (250 mg) consists of oxide, citrate, amino acid chelate & the Calcium (500 mg.) consists of carbonate, citrate, amino acid acid chelate. Two tablets a day are required as a full dose. It doesn't contain added sugar, salt, dairy, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. It helps keep the stools soft to pass easy, and the Magnesium helps with muscle cramps. I also take Prozac 20mg., which helps with the combination of the supplement. I am not sure if this particular formula of supplement would work the same for everyone. I am a firm believer that what works for one might not another. Hope you find your answers soon!
