This may have been done recently... sorry....but it would be informative to me. Could you post what meds (any and all) you are currently on and the reason you are on them (benefit)? Me.....Lotronex (1 daily after lunch)- to control DAviphex (1 daily after dinner)- For upper abdominal pain (GERD)B-12 (1 daily before bed)- for energyMultivitamin (1 daily before bed)- just cause eyou should- no IRON!Acidophilus (1 at bedtime every three days)- control baceria build up- tonque, intestines and female places ;-) Vitamin C- (500 mg at bedtime- or three daily if I feel something coming on)- beacuse I am very seceptible to colds and suchZoloft (1/2 pill at bedtime)- for chronic female painCaltrate ( 1/2 pill after lunch and dinner)- hoping it will help with crampingAlso on hand but not used right now....Valerian Root- Papaya Enzyme- and Digestive Enzymes. If you look at my cabinet in my kitchen you would think I have a serious problem.....Thanks everyone...------------------Here's to pain free days!SandiIBS/D For 20+ years

Ok Sandi,Let me see if I can remember the correct dosage, I take:*All with meals: Vitamin C (500 mg) One, once a day Vitamin E (400 iu) One, once a day Beta Caratine ( ) One, once a day Calcium ( ) One, three a day Selenium ( ) One, twice a day Folic Acid ( ) One, once a day MSM (3,000 mg) Two, three a day Multi Vitamin ( ) Two, twice a day St. Johns Wort ( ) One, two to three a day *Evenings before bed: Melatonin (3 mg) One Birth Control Pill (A must)I'm with you, I feel like all I do is take pills, but if it's helping me, I really don't mind. Just Immodium even if I haven't had any attacks. Just a form of prevention I guess.Usually one or two a day depending on what I'm doing or where I'm going.

Daily-Zoloft- 75 mg at night for fibromyalgiaXanax- .25 at night, and as needed for anxiety from IBSUltram-as needed for fibromyalgia painNaproxyn-as needed for pain (anti-inflamatory)Soma-as needed for pain (muscle relaxant) For IBSHypnotherapy Citrucel- one tablespoon, twice daily
