men asthma arthritis

did any of the men out there have asthma or arthritis before they had IBS. or any guy who had has taken gluco corticoids(steriods) like inhalers creams, tablets for a considerable period of time in the past. over use of these drugs can lead to depression, anxiety nervious state. IIt might be that these drugs cause this nervous state increase sodium in the blood and gut which inturn inhibits the absorbtion of calcium and iron. the reason i would like to know of the men is because men have less corticoid sex hormone changes as this would be a factor.
