They work pretty well for me, but you have to make sure to drink a lot of water. I've never taken the full dose they recommend; even just taking 2 or 3 with a glass of water will get things moving, usually the next morning. You'll probably have to experiment to find the right dosage for you. I like the capsules better than the powder in the water because when the BM comes it isn't as harsh and it is way easier to get down.
They work for me! I suggest you experiment with the dose and frequency.It seems that less work for me. I do take about 16 oz. of liquid with 6 pills once a day!Hope this helps others after experimenting!
