Hi Zubin, I have done many SIBO tests, and facilitated many for my clients. It's important to at least test for both hydrogen and methane gasses because the treatment is different for both. And if it turns out your test is negative, then you'll know you need to be considering different causes.

Even better is to run the TrioSmart test which tests for both hydrogen and methane, plus hydrogen sulfide gas, which has a different treatment still. That test is available directly from TrioSmartbreath dot com. I hope that helps!
