LizI know what you mean about the taste. It's horrid!!!I try the cherry flavor or xlax makes a mom in raspberry. They don't taste much better, but when i take it i wash down with lots of water.Good Luck,Jean

I had never taken it before, but have seen so many here that have thought i would try that also. Man, this stuff is horrid tasting! I bought the original flavor. Can someone tell me what is the best flavor to get?

I take mom cherry flavor- it isn't too bad. I have learned to shake it well before using- it gets lumpy! try holding your nose when you take icky meds- then you can't taste it.
