The past few mornings I have been really nauseated, This is a new thing for me. And no I'm not pregnant..lol...It lasts for a few hours I've tried crackers and sprite, but it seems to weaken as the morning goes on. I have been IBS"D" for 10 years now. Seems like new things are poppint up all the time, and the doc always seems to link everything to IBS. I haven't spoken to him about the nausea yet.

Hi Loraine, I found Ginger tea really helps me quell the nausea. If you are in the US, Lipton makes a nice Ginger/Lemon one. BQ

That happens to me sometimes the first few days of birth control pills each month.More likely, it could be low blood sugar. That makes me feel shakey and nauseaus. I've learned I HAVE to eat a snack at night, or else my blood sugar will be too low in the morning. Having something with some sugar in it... glass of Mountain Dew, Hi-C juice box, fruit juice, etc. helps me a lot. The worst is when I don't eat anythign and get into the shower feeling a little shakey, and with the hot water and all by the time I'm out I feel horrible. That used to happen to me when I was in the college dorms and ate in the dining hall. I always keep snacks and quick sugar fixes handy now.
