Hi Chris,Welcome to the board. Your symptoms sound much like mine. I dread mornings because I feel so sick. I end of using the toilet two or three times in the morning every day, and the rest of the day I am okay. The burning sensation could be acid, but I would check with your doctor. Mornings for me are the worst as I am an IBS-D sufferer. Try drinking some water when you wake up and stretch to get the blood flowing. If you can manage eating some toast first and then a heavier meal later it has worked for me. Good luck!Robert
