Hello,Yea sometimes. If it is a weekend and I am not up at stupid a'clock (6;20 normally for work) and I have stayed in bed a little longer, say 8/9, I can wake up, pass a bit of wind and think 'oh must go'..... During the week once up I can feel a progressive need to go and normally by the time I get into work, say 7;50, I am straight into the toilet..

Mornings are worse for a lot of IBS sufferers. Used to be for me, not so much at the moment - not sure why that is. Anyway, used to be that weekdays I'd wake up and bam, stomach would start gurgling and it was off to the loo. Often weekends I'd be fine, and if anything slightly constipated, seems like my body didn't like waking up too early! Maybe my stomach is still a student

Yeah, I became an Night shift specialist because of this. I would rather stay up all night and be well than get up for a 9-5 job and be sick all the time. Wonder if there is a connection with Melatonin here?

if they float it sounds like theres a lot of fat in them? try less fatty foods before bedor just less fatty foods in general.
