Hi! I took this for about a month, it didn't help at all but don't let that put you off - we are all different. It's supposed to help a queasy, heavy bloated stomach and get your stomach working properly, so that food can move on through your system. Hope it works for you

but if you already have Diarrhea...hmmm...it makes me a bit scared to think that this drug could help food move "better" through my system. Anyone else?

Rob I'm IBS-D as well, I didn't find that it made it worse, it just did nothing! Maybe it's supposed to make the food move along easier? Did you not get a patient's information leaflet in your pills? I've still got some tablets left but I haven't kept the leaflet!
