When you are urinating try starting and stoping the flow of urine. The muscles you do that with are the pelvic floor muscles. They are the ones between the legs. Some people have pelvic floor disfunctions and when they try to relax them to let the urine or feces out they tighten up. Also some people can have muscles there that are too loose so incontenance is a problem.K.------------------I have no financial, academic, or any other stake in any commercial product mentioned by me.My story and what worked for me in greatly easing my IBS: http://www.ibsgroup.org/ubb/Forum17/HTML/000015.html
