i've tried:spasmerinhusklibraxcolon cleanser (fiber)aloe veradigestive enzymesilicoli know wheat is not good for me and not fat or sugar...my plan sounds like this:herbalife shake for breakfast and fibersmid morning: banana, apple or some fruitlunch: herbalife or something else high in protein (eggwhites, chicken...) and fibersatrenoon: fruits dinner: high proten food ( chicken,fish....and vegatbles...maybe a litle rice (i love rice) and fibersand i'm starting to take tafil for my anxietymy main symptom is BLOATING and i'm getting really depressed i want my flat tummy back NOW! i can't stand it anymore...
(i look like i'm 6 months pregnant.. and i'm only 19)do you think diet sodas are bad for my syndrome.. i drink them alot because i'm allways hungry...?one more thing..I HATE DOCTORS AND I HATE IBS!!! please answer me.. and good luck to you all!!!!!!
