Day, foods are individual but I will see about a list.Papaya can be good for you.You might want to cut back on them and see what happens first."do you think ibs can go away one day?? (optimistic )"The vast majority of IBSers can make the symtoms a whole lot better."does it help for you to eat in small doses?"yes and even small peices of food can help. Eating enough is really important and the right amount of a variety of foods. Look over the food info there, it can reallly help. Fats can be problematic, but you need some fats.Windy Foods http://www.ibs-research-update.org.uk/IBS/wf1ie4.htmlFibre http://www.ibs-research-update.org.uk/IBS/fibre1ie4.htmlHealthy Eatinghttp://www.ibs-research-update.org.uk/IBS/HE1ie4.htmlalso some good ibs info for youhttp://www.ibs-research-update.org.uk/IBS/HE1ie4.htmlIts important to know that even though its hard now there are many things to do and try to feel better.
