I suffer from diarrhea prominent IBS. I took Lotronex until it was removed from the market. The quality of my life from that point has not been very good. I have taken everything from Librax to Robinul and nothing helps. My gastroenterologist is not enrolling in the program to prescribe Lotronex. I live in the Atlanta area but have been unable to find a physician that is enrolled. Do you have any suggestions? I checked the website that lists the doctors that are enrolled. The closest physician that I can find is in Daytona Beach, FL. Since the program requires monthly check ups, it would be quite costly to travel to Florida monthly. Any suggestions are deeply appreciated.

Pam,Tried to e-mail you some information back channel but your e-mail access is blocked. As Tom said, one of the LAG founders and another of the LAG members who got a prescription are both from Atlanta. I'm not sure they check the 5ht3 forum with any regularity, but they both post often to the LAG and wouldsee your messageif you posted it there. If you cannot post to the LAG, e-mail me back channel (click on the e-mail JuliaNYC icon in this message) and I'll do it for you.Julia
