I have a question...I have been taking Zelnorm for 4 months and I am still having awful stomach cramps and bloating. Is there something else I can take in addition to Zelnorm to help my cramps and bloating? Thanks!

I take citrucel pills and for breakfast I eat FiberOne...is that too much fiber or not enough?

Why should I stop the Fiber One? Is taking too much fiber causing me to be bloated and in pain?
