Does anybody know where to get information on doing the elimination diet thing? I'm so frustrated not knowing what to eat everyday.Any good books with specific menu plans? I just purchased the "Tell me what to eat book" from amazon.com but it is so vague, and most of the foods mentioned like whole wheat and baked potatoes I know would cause me trouble. Thanks for your help!

I know for myself personally, when i started that I wrote down what I ate and the symptoms I had for a week. If you get sick right away after eating a certain food, try to elimate it. Or eat it once more to see if it was that or something else. I've got it now down to a pattern on pain also that I know if it was because of something I ate. Some tips from me to stay away from is greasy foods, high in dairy, caffeine, food that might have preservatives on it (sometimes lettuce and apples make me sick) and especially garlic.
