I was suffering from ibs-d for a while, the only way i could leave the house was to take a lot of imodium. the stress seems to bring on the attacks so i started to take seemed to help but not 100%.i also started eating more fiber too. i cant say that im a ibd-d anymore because i havend had d in a while.when im in a stress full stiuation i just get queasy and maby have a normal bowel movement. i still take imodium sometimes but only before a real stess full situation.
