Hello,Just wondering if anyone else suffers from trappred gas.I'll have trapped gas and my stomache will swell up like a balloon, sometimes I can't release it sometimes I can. On the occasions that I can release it, It feels great for 5 seconds then my stomache will swell up again. I can repeat this cycle for days. I can't wear tight clothes and anymore because my stomache is always bloated with gas.Does anybody know why my stomache does this and what I can do to relieve it.Thanks heaps

Flatulence is a problem for me too. I use Gas-X which helps me but not others. Trial & error....Also, just finished reading "IBS: A Doctor's Plan for Chronic Digestive Troubles" and learned onenew item: DO NOT USE BEANO FOR FLATULENCE IF YOU ARE ALERGIC TO PENICILLIN. It is made from a mold spore. Sometimes you just feel like not putting anything in your mouth for fear what will come out! But we must have hope that things will get better! CMB

Thanks for your replys,I think ur right about the food. I'm not going to eat for a day or two and see if it is gone. When I wake up I feel my best, it's when I eat that things go wrong.Trial and error! Introduce foods slowly
