·I was so happy to find this BB. I was diagnosed with ibs in February of this year. I have had "problems" for 4 years but I was in the Navy and they passed it off as "stress" (everything is labeled "stress" in the Navy) Anyway, I am ibs-d and tried Bentyl which did nothing. I am now on Librax and it is working great! I have been able to eat most anything and have not had the cramping or D. Ok, finally my question. I'm not sure if I should just thank my lucky stars and continue with the librax or try the Caltrate+ that I've read about here. I'm nervous about giving up something that works but I don't like being on a prescription medication if there is something out there that may work just as good or better. I just don't like the thought of being on a prescription med for the rest of my life! I want you all to know I've been reading this bb for over a month and you have really helped me- just knowing that I'm not alone out there!
