Hello, I recently was told I have IBS. I have so much gas, bloated, and cant use the bathroom regularly. Dr. gave me miralx, which sometimes helps. I was wondering if anyone has the same gas all the time and what helps. It almost makes me feel short of breath. I know it not normal to have gas all the time.. Advise?
