I wanted to let you know that Activia yogurt now comes in a Light fat free version. It tastes good. I know that many of you did not want to use it because of the high sugar content of the original. It may not be available in all markets, but it showed up here in Florida at Publix supermarkets.I use Activia as part of my whole IBS-C regimen and it seems to help.

Thanks for the tip! It does bother me that it has soooo much sugar, so this will be great. I live in New England and will check my grocery store this morning.

yes, thanks for the info, ABNormal! glad to hear dannon finally came out with a light version. i eat activia although i'm not sure it works that well for me and i've always been concerned with the high fat and calorie content expecially for such a small serving. i live way out in the country in michigan and my grocery store didn't have it yesterday but i'll keep checking.
