[JCNFL]

I just found this site a few minutes ago and am excited to use it. I was born with a birth defect involving the colon and rectum. I have lived my life thinking it was "just" my birth defect that caused this pain etc. I was just diagnosed with IBS 2 weeks ago after 48 years. What a relief! However my Dr. gave me NO information, I have been on the internet and searching for information. Thank God I now know I'm not "nuts" or it's all in my mind. I have had a hard time working for my entire life because of this and I just applied for SS benifits, I am looking for information that could help me. I am also lookin for support in Fl. The only support I have is my sister in NC, so I have nobody to talk to in Fl. I am in West Palm Beach and would love to start a support goup in the area. Thanks.JCNFL
