·I go to the bathroom once a week. I always feel bloated or crampy. Sometimes I pray for a bad attack - because afterwards I'm not bloated,crampy etc.. A doctor I went to told me to take fiber con or senakot - I've tried both, they send me into a severe pain attack. My question is Metamuceill or Milk of Magnesia better?I'm changing my diet but the exercise part is hard for me to do? I'll be at the gym and I start feeling like I need to go. Will that feeling ever go away once I get into a routine? Thanks
